Workout

Did I leave this blog too long?
It has changed the look of dashboard, so unused to it ><
Recently I tend to gain some weight for myself,
so I eat more, exercise more, surf more ( for information ).

For today schedule:
Wake up
Eat two half boiled eggs
Pumping by following the video ( failed in the middle, it's an advance version, but still manage to hit my goal )
Eat two slice of wholemeal breads
Go to working place
Open up all the lights and computer and all
Blog
Drink a box of full cream milk ( I heard it doesn't help a lot in weight gaining, but I love it anyway )
Continue surfing/ working
